The Vision

Bonnesar Creative and Wellness exists to help people feel—more deeply, more honestly, more fully. Whether through the lens, in a yoga class, or in a quiet moment between songs, Rebekah’s vision is to foster reflection, reconnection, and joy.

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. And every offering invites you back to your body, your story, your aliveness.

Feel It.

The Artist

Music was Rebekah’s first language—a space where emotion, energy, and silence could coexist. It shaped how she listens, feels, and connects. Photography came later, as a way to translate those same emotional textures into light and form.

Her years in emergency and intensive care medicine taught her to see quickly, feel deeply, and honor the quiet in-between moments. That same presence now guides her photography—where every frame is a study in breath, stillness, and story.

The Approach

Rebekah’s work blends intuition with intention. With a 200-hour RYT certification through Yoga Alliance and certificates from Yale’s Science of Well-Being and Berklee’s Music for Wellness, she brings a trauma-informed, heart-forward sensibility to every offering.

Her yoga practice informs how she holds space. Her medical background influences how she approaches her work, and her music roots guide the rhythm of every session, whether she’s behind the camera, curating a playlist, or leading a breath-centered class.
